Delivery
- Ready to ship units dispatch within 48 hours of order confirmation.
- Uncustomised units are made to order over a 6–8 week production window.
- Tracked delivery is $18.00, and free on orders over $800.00.
- We ship to the USA, Canada and Europe. Duties may apply outside the UK.
Returns
- Ready to ship units can be returned within 14 days if unworn, uncut and with the lace untouched.
- Customised units are coloured and cut to your specification, so they are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Faulty units are replaced or refunded in full once inspected by our studio.
